Join our growing community of yogis for lighthearted yoga classes.
A space for people from our local community and beyond to move, breath, stretch and unwind together. Classes can be booked as a series or as stand-alone drop in so you can dip in whenever suits you.
There are 3 regular classes to choose from throughout the week with pop ups in local studios and other spaces. My weekly newsletter will keep you posted on pop up classes, workshops and other events
TUESDAY 630pm Flow & Stretch:
A well rounded class, moving through floor and seated work, gentle sun salutations and balance postures this class is the perfect mid week reset, think unhunching and unwinding.
THURSDAY 630pm Slow & Low:
Spending more time in reclined and seated postures, experiencing deeper stretch, tension release, unravelling and time to breathe. Leave feeling genuinely unwound.
FRIDAY 9am Morning Vinyasa Flow:
The strong one. Moving through flows, learning techniques this class build heat, wakes the body and sets you up for the weekend. Energising from the first breath.
