Yoga and Strength for real bodies.

Here, yoga is where it all begins. It shapes how we move, effects how we feel and impacts how we live.

It you are stiff, sore or just finding your body doesn’t feel like it used to, yoga helps.

You will find supportive, lighthearted classes, programmes, retreats and workshops that are made for actual real life people.

There are no pre-requisites. You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need experience. You don’t need to take it too seriously.

I want you to move your body well and be part of a community that feels good to come back to every week.

I am Anna, a yoga teacher, strength and mobility coach, and a Level 3 qualified personal trainer.

With over 600 hours of yoga teacher training and more than 20 years as an NHS nurse my approach is light hearted, grounded in both evidence and real-life. You can move in a way that suits you.

Originally from Australia my yoga journey started young, watching my mum practise yoga, and over the years I kept coming back to it, especially through the busyness of motherhood. Yoga helped me rebuild strength for sure, but it wasn’t until I added strength training that everything clicked.

Strong. Flexible. Capable. Not one or the other, but all of it.

Whether you are here for yoga flows, gentle stretch, mobility or strength training then I can help you.

You will find in-person and online yoga and strength classes, retreats and workshops, and a community of likeminded people.

In more recent years I have started creating weekend and day retreats: Bringing community together though movement, rest and genuinely heartfelt, nourishing food, designed to reset and restore balance to body,

mind and spirit!
