Damson Hill Cottage is a peaceful woodland studio with sauna and cold plunge, tucked away near Bishops Waltham. We have exclusive use of the entire space including a cosy fireside dining room and private kitchen for brunch.
Time disappears here. You will leave feeling lighter and rested for the months ahead.
If you’re like me and feel the weight of the longer winter months, I created this retreat with you in mind. Step away from the January slump and spend a morning moving, warming and plunging.
Energising morning Vinyasa Flow with Anna
Beautiful brunch by retreat chef Desi
An option to sauna and cold plunge at The Little Red Sauna
