Anna Knight - Yoga Teacher & Retreat Host

I’ll not only be guiding your daily practises but I will be creating an opportunity for you to move, unwind, gather, reflect and reconnect.

These retreats are about much more than just movement , they’re about stepping away from the everyday noise and coming back to yourself in a whatever way that feels right to you.

I have discovered that I really love to bring people together in a way that feels easy, inclusive and real. Whether its sharing a yoga practise, a meal, a laugh or a deep breath in stillness there is something powerful that happens when people show up as they are. We come together with our commonalities, sure, but its often in the differences, the varied perspectives and experiences that true connection occurs.

That being said if you are not craving connection and group time there is always an invitation to ‘retreat’ to take time alone or with a close friend and let these retreats meet you where you are, there are no expectations here, there is no pressure.

Desiree Lopez-Lopez

“My love for cooking comes from my mama, who was always at the heart of our family meals. She made everything from scratch, using fresh, seasonal ingredients that brought life to every dish. Her kitchen was a space of warmth and creativity, where food became more than just nourishment—it was love, tradition, and connection.

Her lessons remain with me, not just in the way I cook but also in how I raise my own children. I believe in teaching them the value of eating mindfully, understanding where food comes from, and appreciating fresh ingredients. I want them to see how nourishing meals can support both body and mind. Through cooking, I hope to pass on the same love and care that my mama shared with me.

As I’ve grown, my passion for food has taken me on a journey around the world. Travelling to different countries, I’ve sought out local cuisines, immersing myself in each culture’s unique flavours and traditions. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how food connects us, telling stories through a universal language and strengthening communities.

Cooking has been my anchor in hard times, a creative outlet that grounds me and creates stability for my family. It’s more than just a skill—it’s a legacy, a way to nurture those I love, and a reminder of the traditions that have shaped me.”
