Food-led yoga retreats for women who want to properly exhale.

Rest, move, eat well and come back to yourself through carefully held yoga retreats with Anna.

Designed for women who want movement, fresh air, nourishing food, gentle community and space to retreat in the way that feels right for them.

Come exactly as you are.

Anna’s retreats are about much more than yoga.

They are about stepping away from the everyday noise and giving yourself space to move, unwind, gather, reflect and reconnect.

There is structure, but it is held gently.

Everything is optional. Nothing is expected.

You can join in, take time alone, come with a friend, arrive solo, sit around the table, nap, walk, laugh, read, breathe, talk or simply be.

These retreats are carefully planned, but never rigid.

They are relaxed, lighthearted and real.

Thoughtfully held. Beautifully nourishing. Completely pressure-free.

Anna chooses venues she would genuinely want to stay in herself - places with comfortable beds, beautiful finishes, thoughtful details and space to properly retreat from the everyday.

The food is central to the experience.

Seasonal, generous and prepared with love, each meal is part of the retreat itself: a moment to gather, pause, connect and be cared for.

There is yoga twice a day, usually a more energising morning practice and a softer, quieter evening session.

There is also free time built in throughout the retreat, so you can rest, walk, read, sleep, chat, enjoy the venue or simply do nothing at all.

Anna creates enough structure for you to feel held, with enough space for the retreat to meet you where you are.

Food is part of the practice.

The food is one of the things people remember most.

Each retreat includes beautiful, seasonal vegetarian meals prepared with care and intention.

Meals are generous, nourishing and full of flavour - not an afterthought, but one of the central parts of the retreat experience.

You will eat together and enjoy food that helps make the retreat feel warm, grounded and deeply looked after.

Dietary requirements can usually be catered for when declared in advance.

Yoga, movement and space to breathe.

Retreat practices are suitable for beginners and experienced students alike.

You can expect a blend of vinyasa flow, hatha, softer quiet practices and yin-like stretching.

Morning practices are usually more energising, while evening practices tend to be slower, softer and more restorative.

You never have to do everything.

Every practice is an invitation.

Come alone, come with a friend, or come with no idea what you need yet.

Many women arrive on retreat wanting rest.

What they often find is connection too.

Connection around the table. On walks. In shared laughter. In quiet moments. In the simple relief of being with like-minded women who also needed to step away for a while.

You do not have to be good at groups. You do not have to perform or share or be any version of yourself other than the one that arrives.

You can retreat into the group, or retreat into yourself.

Both are welcome.
