These classes are designed to nurture both body and mind, bringing yoga and movement to our local community.

Classes are designed both as a series, working on certain themes, postures or philosophy and as stand alone drop in classes.

There is a style and pace for everyone here. Below is a guide of some of the styles available amongst ever growing offerings.

  • Vinyasa Flow – A dynamic style combining breath, movement, and music.

  • Hatha – A slower paced practice focusing on mindful movement, breath and slightly longer holds

  • Yin - Ah wonderful Yin. Perfect for unwinding, longer holds, deep tension release and quieting of the mind.

  • BROGA Stretch - With a functional focus on tight hips shoulders and hamstrings, a simple effective stretch and mobility class to feel and move better. MORE INFORMATION BELOW

  • Pranayama/Breath-work – Simple breath techniques to support the nervous system and promote calm.
