Rest & Restore Retreat

GAMBLEDOWN FARM, ROMSEY November 14th-16th 2025.

Join me for this year's Rest & Restore Retreat. Gambledown Farm, a recently renovated working farm incorporates dedicated space for retreats and events.. The meticulously restored buildings offer a cosy ambiance, featuring a warm and spacious yoga studio, beautifully appointed bedrooms with en-suites and outdoor space to roam the countryside. Enjoy a weekend filled with rejuvenating yoga, nourishing vegetarian meals, sauna, cold plunge and indulge in massage or reflexology treatments. This retreat is the perfect way to recharge and prepare for the winter months ahead.

  • Accommodation

    Stay in one of three beautifully renovated farm buildings finished to the highest standard.

  • Yoga

    Experience hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga in a purpose built studio with bamboo flooring, a wood burner and garden views.

  • Food

    Enjoy beautiful home cooked food by Desi. Each dish made with seasonal vegetarian ingredients with careful love and attention.

  • Extras

    This weekend offers extras such as ice bathing, sauna, massage, walks and space to rest.
