Yoga Together: Community Flow

Join our weekly yoga classes at Owslebury Village Hall, Winchester, running during term time. These classes are designed to nurture both body and mind, bringing yoga to your local community.

Each term, we focus on a unique theme, blending strength and flexibility through various yoga styles:

  • Vinyasa Flow – A dynamic style combining breath, movement, and music.

  • Hatha – A slower paced practice focusing on mindful movement, breath and slightly longer holds

  • Yin - Ah wonderful Yin. Perfect for unwinding, longer holds, deep tension release and quieting of the mind.

  • BROGA Stretch - With a functional focus on tight hips shoulders and hamstrings, a simple effective stretch and mobility class to feel and move better. MORE INFORMATION BELOW

  • Pranayama/Breath-work – Simple breath techniques to support the nervous system and promote calm.
