YOGA
Within the stone walls of this 13th century chapel we find our yoga space. Here, the light filters through centuries old glass in a building steeped in history. This, will be our yoga sanctuary, a space to truly restore, unwind, unravel. The retreat includes 6 classes, vinyasa and hatha along with the more soft and quiet practices.
The grounds also offer a 28ft yurt and ample outside spaces to take our practice as a group, or to find a quiet space alone or with a friend. All sessions are simply an invitation there is no expectation.

FOOD
It is difficult to tell which brings more joy, delight and nourishment on our yoga retreats. The yoga, or the food. Thoughtfully designed vegetarian menus, prepared with seasonal ingredients and made from scratch served with the same love and care we bring to the mat, warming, grounding and deeply nourishing. Retreat chef Desi is passionate about quality local produce, and abundant flavour. Expect long slow brunches, afternoon teas and suppers by candlelight. Our feasts are designed to bring people together, however if you need to fill your plate and find a quiet corner then we welcome your choice. Retreats can mean just that.
