The Strength Library

Ongoing dumbbell training at home for women who are ready to keep building strength.

A flexible online strength membership with guided home workouts you can fit around real life.

Perfect if you are ready to train with dumbbells, want to avoid the gym and need a simple way to keep strength training consistently.

Strength training that fits into your week.

The Strength Library is for women who want to keep building strength at home without needing to follow a strict programme.

It is not a 6-week course.
It is not a gym plan.
It is not about doing everything perfectly.

It is an ongoing library of guided strength sessions designed to help you train flexibly, choose what your body needs and keep building confidence with dumbbells.

Whether you have completed Beyond the Mat or you already feel ready to use weights, the Strength Library gives you regular sessions you can return to again and again.

The Strength Library is for you if:

HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU TRAIN

The Strength Library is designed to be flexible.

As a general guide, aim for 2–3 strength sessions each week, allowing time for rest and recovery between sessions.

Try to work each major muscle group 2–3 times per week and allow 24–48 hours of recovery where needed.

You might choose:

Wednesday : Full Body

There is no one perfect way to use the library. The aim is to build consistency in a way that works for your body and your life.
