It is an ongoing library of guided strength sessions designed to help you train flexibly, choose what your body needs and keep building confidence with dumbbells.
Whether you have completed Beyond the Mat or you already feel ready to use weights, the Strength Library gives you regular sessions you can return to again and again.

Note: You will need dumbbells for this membership. A lighter set is useful for smaller muscle groups, and a heavier pair is recommended for larger muscle groups. Resistance bands may also be used in some sessions.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU TRAIN
The Strength Library is designed to be flexible.
As a general guide, aim for 2–3 strength sessions each week, allowing time for rest and recovery between sessions.
Try to work each major muscle group 2–3 times per week and allow 24–48 hours of recovery where needed.
