From your 30’s onwards the body changes whether you train or not. Muscle mass decreases gradually, sometimes quietly and its often not until everyday things start to feel harder that you notice how much has changed.
Strength training is the single most effective thing you can do to regain yourself. And it works no matter what your starting point.
It’s not just about workouts. It’s not to perform fitness, to look a certain way. It is to walk further, carry more and to move capably throughout your life without having to think about it.
Anna’s approach is gentle, progressive and realistic. You will not be pushed into intensity for the sake of it. But you will be moving forward because that is the only direction that matters.
