Meet Anna.

Yoga teacher, strength coach, personal trainer, retreat host and long-time believer in movement that works for real bodies and real life.

Anna helps women move well, build strength and feel more at home in themselves through yoga, strength training, mobility and restorative retreat experiences.

Yoga is where it began.

Anna’s yoga journey started young, watching her mum and sister  practise yoga at home in Australia.

Over the years, she kept coming back to it - especially through the busyness of motherhood, work and everyday life.

Yoga helped her move, breathe, pause and rebuild strength.

But it was when she added strength training that everything began to click.

Strong. Flexible. Capable.

Not one or the other, but all of it.

Grounded, lighthearted and evidence-informed.

Anna is a yoga teacher, strength and mobility coach and Level 3 qualified personal trainer.

With more than 600 hours of yoga teacher training and over 20 years’ experience as an NHS nurse, her approach is grounded in both evidence and real life.

She does not believe movement needs to feel intimidating, complicated or overly serious.

Instead, she creates classes, programmes and retreats that feel supportive, inclusive and accessible:  helping people move in a way that suits their body, their life and their season.
